Favre came out today and stated that he would like to be released, and the "best thing for this team is for us to part ways". Tomorrow he had another team meeting to discuss trade possibilities. I said earlier that I thought he needed to go, but I have to say that I have changed my stance a little bit. Listen, Packers fans are going to rip apart Rodgers, so why not bring Favre back and trade Rodgers? He has to be worth at least a 3rd round pick. The Packers showed that did not have complete faith in him by drafting Brian Brohm, so why not let you All-Star QB comeback and develop Brohm. I hate what happened to Rodgers, but if you are going to allow Favre in camp then you have to sleep in the bed you made and trade Rodgers. All I have to say is good luck to you Packers, I think you season is in the toilet.
