Multiple sites are reporting that Mario Chalmers was sent home from the NBA's mandatory rookie transition program for violating unspecified league rules. There are rumors going around it was because he had pot in his room. I really liked this guy, and wanted the Celtics to get him, but know I guess it is a good thing they didn't. Though, I do believe that most of the NBA players smoke weed, but probably not at a mandatory camp.
**UPDATE** Darrell Arthur (also from Kansas) was caught with weed. Chalmers and Arthur will be fined $20,000 and suspended for the beginning of the season
