Mike Lowell Has Torn Labrum
Mike Lowell has been playing with a painful partially torn labrum in his right hip. This injury will need offseason surgery, so Mike Lowell is going to tough it out for the rest of the year. If you have been watching the Sox lately you would see Lowell moving around a little stiffer than he usually does, but at least he knows the Sox need him on the field. Which sounds a lot different than...J.D. Drew. Honestly, where is that guy? He was activated off the DL, then had to go deal with personal issues. Is he even going to come back this year? Well, at least we all know that Lowell had heart, and will give it his all to get the Sox back to the World Series.
