Seahawks Add WRs Robinson And Colbert

The Seahawks were out of WRs, since most of their recivers went down with injuries. Hasselbeck didn't have much to throw to as his top two WRs were Michael Bumpus, and Billy McMullen. Heard of them? Yea, me either. So, the Seahawks got a blast from the past as the picked up free agent, and former first round pick Koren Robinson. If he can stay sober long enough to play it may not be a bad signing, as he knows this offense and still has the speed to be a deep threat. I am not saying he is going to tear it up, but he is an upgrade over what they are starting now. Seattle also went out and traded a 5th round pick (possibly a 4th depending how how much he plays) for Keary Colbert. He is nothing to write home about, but is a solid 3rd WR, and once again is better than what they got. It's not a lot, but it may be enough to keep the Seahwaks in it long enough to get guys like Branch back on the field. Well, thats if Robinson can stay on the field, because if he fails another drug test he is going to get a life time ban from the NFL.
