This makes absolutely no sense. Brian Hartline was a mediocre wide receiver in college so what makes him think he could make the transition to the NFL and make an impact? There is no way he is even going to get drafted, and probably have to fight to get a practice squad spot. in fact this move probably helps Ohio State more than hurting them, figuring they have a lot of young wide receivers on their depth chart.
I also hope he goes to New England.
