DP's Thoughts:
I like this game. As I told you all earlier today, that yesterday's loss verse the Bobcats was absolutely nessecary. They got outplayed, outcoached, and out muscled and now they know what to do; Stay together. The way the Celtics have been playing leaves a lot to be desired, and the cohesion in the clubhouse seems to have been put on the back burner. I believe that the Celtics will rally as a team, and take down the Rockets easily.

I'm not going to rant, I just want to get my thoughts out in the open and make a prediction for tonight's game against the Rockets.

C's what the fuck? Okay that's my negativity. I understand it's an 82 game season and we will have cold streaks but this has to stop tonight. And it will. The problem with the Celtics, and there one weakness besides a strong 6th man is their intensity. They thrive on it. That's why they win. But it's also why they lose. It's hard to be intense during a slump. Remember Ray Allen in the playoffs last year. Slumped for two series from the 3 point line. Shooting the worst percentage of his career. Then how did he come out of the slump? He tied the finals record for most 3's in a single game. I gander that this might be an example Doc Rivers uses tonight in his pre-game take before playing the Rockets. I love this game. The Rockets are a solid basketball team. But they are struggling. They lost to the 76ers last night. This is what the Celtics need. A descent team, that is struggling. This bullshit teams of course they are better than, but this is pro basketball, everyone is good. Just imagine, okay guys, we're struggling, we got the fucking Bobcats tonight. Honestly would you be fired up? No. I'm telling you Friday we are going to see what the green boys are made of when they play the Cavs on national television. But tonight will be a warm up. I truly feel the Celtics are going to absolutely crush the Rockets. They want to send a message to The Cav's, and then send when they beat the Cav's they will send a message to the league. "Don't fuck with us, we are still the best." I will be looking for a victory tonight larger than 15 points, or in my eyes it's a disappointment. Look for Paul Pierce to have big numbers and a great shooting night. I don't thinks it's far fetched to say he will carry them to this victory. He's the captain, the leader, and in bad times we are all turning to The Truth and saying save us. Expect Paul to drop 23 tonight will high FG percentage. And honestly Rajon I'm coming at you only because I love you. Like Doc says when you use your speed, we win. In these losing games, Ra jon has walked the ball up the court, has not been fluid, or confident. He's still a kid and his confidence if very fragile. It's very easy to lose, but also very easy to get it back. The the game cap on DC last night said, Rajon had his confidence back towards the end of the game. Lets hope it carries over. KG, I hope you punch someone in the face. Seriously, get pissed. I know you hate losing, either get thrown out of the game or just absolutely slam one tonight. "Clear the runway for your own protection." Most of all, when this team is thriving is when they have fun. It may be grown men out there, but they are all a bunch of kids on the playground. Make a statement tonight guys. Please, don't makes us fear Friday. Give us and yourselves some confidence.
