"improving locker room chemistry will be the highest priority for the Dallas Cowboys this offseason and that will force serious discussions between Wade Phillips' coaching staff and owner Jerry Jones about whether to release controversial wide receiver Terrell Owens, according to team and league sources." ESPN
This is a necessary move for the Dallas organization, Terrell Owens has been nothing but a headache his whole career, and even though the Cowboys tried to mask it last year, it was pretty obvious TO is a locker room distraction. Terrell Owens is a heck of a wide receiver and a hell of a football player, however, that's where it ends. He has been nothing but a locker room distracting, attention whoring, douchebag off the field and has been nothing but a cancer to every team he has been on. The Cowboys have enough weapons to carry on without T.O.. We have yet to see what can happen when Roy Williams gets more involved in the offense, and Jason Witten and Marion Barber can definitely shoulder the load. I expect the Cowboys to be a better team next year without Terrell Owens.
As for where Terrell Owens ends up. I hope the Patriots, because I have always wanted to see Moss and T.O. play on the same team.
