Weekly Rant

Here is your weekly Answer Rant:
I'm going to do something I've never done before in this rant and that is talk about Football, along with many other things.

First I want to start out with the Celtics. Okay, I'm going out on a limb here. The loss to the Knicks has to worry Doc Rivers. Listen Glen, get your team in line. I will not pass judgement...YET. Friday (I believe) will be the match up I've been waiting to see. Cavs and Celtics. There will be no X-mas day excuses for this one. This is when everyone can sit around and worry if we lose this game. The Cavs are playing great. The Celtics are playing like a fucking high school team. It's all about which team shows up. Will it be the world champs? Or the team thats lost 4 of the last 6. I'm goign to stick up for the Celtics right now. I will, they are still the champs and still have the best record. They can lose every game up until the Cavs game and I wont worry. But lose to that Cavs...I'll be scared. This will be the match up in the Eastern Conference finals. Everyone knows it. Now is the time to start building confidence. Celtics fuck whatever happens now, but Friday is a must win in my eyes. If they lose they may have to think about a bigger change than just Stephon Marbury.

FOOTBALL.

I dont think I ever seen a more wide open play-offs in my lifetime. This truly is amazing. Yesterday I was reading an article on D.C. that said the key to the Eagles beating the Giants is a running game. Then it proceeded to say that the Eagles didn't have a run game on Sunday and that the Giants would win unless they got it together. Let me make one thing clear, Brian Westbrook, god bless is soul, has ran all over the Giants his entire career. In fact, every career high stat Brian has is against the Giants. Look for Westbrook to have a big game and carry the birds to a win. The Eagles are a scary team. Teams with nothing to lose are scary. The Eagles, benched Mcnabb, then put themselves in a position to make the playoffs, fucked it up, then stars aligned and they got in anyway. They are over achievers. If the Eagles lose Sunday, people wont be shocked, it will be looked at as an okay season. If the Giants lose, there will be an uproar. Giants have lost 3 of their last 4, Eagle are playing great. Look for Philly to take their baseball championship fever across that parking lot and win another one. I'm saying Philly all the way. Crazy...maybe, My last 2 world championship predictions have been right (Boston, Philly) so I'm 2 for 2.

Anyone seen this show called HOUSE? Holy shit. I've never seen such trash in my life. What a piece of shit. It's about this cocky doctor who's supposed to be "cool." I was falling asleep last night and against my better judgement I watched half an episode. WOW. seriously fuck you USA for filling out minds with that bull shit. That's all I'm saying. TRASH.

DP's response: House is a good waste of time show, it does get repitative at times though. There is no way Philly is going to win the Championship, focus on the Giants first.
