I'm not going to call bullshit on that final "block" by Dwight Howard..... actually how the fuck don't you call a foul on that play. Dwight Howard blocked Pierce with his whole body before Pierce ever let go of the ball. That is the definition of a foul. But this game cannot be decided on that one call, the Celtics played like absolute ass and then climbed back to fall short. (much like their last loss to the Magic) KG was a non factor in limited time, Rondo played like garbage, the bench played like garbage and we had zero interior defense the whole game. The little cut move the Magic were running was apparently too difficult to pick up. So now the question that needs to be asked is, how important is home court advantage? The Celtics already know that in order to get to a championship they have to go through LeBron James in Cleveland, and now they may have to go through Orlando. For Some reason I don't take Orlando that seriously, the Magic are a streaky team and for every three pointer they hit, they will eventually miss a bunch. The Magic aren't a serious threat to the Celtics Championship run.
Am I cocky about the Celtics, yes. But I am also pretty confident that with a healthy team the rest of the league has zero chance to win.
