I would love to stick up for the Needham kid, but to be honest I am surprised he hasn't already been cut. He has missed some clutch kicks, and the Ravens really need a reliable kicker. I don't think his career is over, because he has a hell of a leg, but I do think his time with the Ravens is coming to a close (maybe even this week).
