92 Celtics, 86 Lakers

This probably was the best game in Paul Pierce's career as a Boston Celtic. Not only because his clutch scoring, but for the last couple of plays of the game. With the Celtics up 6, Kobe stole the ball off a KG turnover (Yes, it was a jump ball won by Derek Fisher. In my eye's that's a TO)and passed it up to Ron Artest for an easy lay up, but Paul Pierce chased him down making Artest earn it on the line. Artest then missed two free throws and on the rebound Pierce ripped the ball away from Kobe and called a time out. THEN on the inbound KG threw an ill advised pass to Pierce in which Pierce had to catch it falling out of bounds and then passed it to a streaking Rondo for an easy lay up. That sums up the desire of Paul Pierce.

But this game wasn't won by only Pierce all of the big three chipped in and Rondo had a somewhat of a good game. KG had a 18 point, 10 rebound night, Ray Allen had 12 and Rajon had 18 points, 8 rebounds and 5 rebounds (7 TOs). We've been hearing all series how Kobe was going to go off. And I thouhgt the C's were actually going to shut him down tonight. Well i was wrong and he did tonight. 38 points on 13-27 FG. He drilled every shot in the 3rd and the Celtics bounced back with extreme resiliency. In fact they pushed the lead from 1 to 13 during Kobe's 23 points in a row streak.

Only 1 game left for the Celtics. I'd like them to close it out in 6. I don't want any game 7 bullshit.
