There had been a lot of speculation that Reggie Bush could be back this week, but the reports coming out today suggest that it isn't very likely. Bush ran on his own yesterday, but has yet to be cleared to practice with the rest of his team.
The Saints have a huge game Sunday Night vs. the Steelers, and it would've been a great boost to get Bush back on the field. The Saints are a better passing team when Bush is an option, but without him the Saints have struggled. I'm not saying it's the only reason, but I think we have found out just how important Bush is to this team.
Don't count the Saints out though. This is a very tough game this weekend, but right now they are only 1 game back of Atlanta for the division (1/2 game behind Jacksonville). With the way the NFC is playing out this year, no one is out and I think you are going to see some 8-8 teams in the playoffs.

I figure the Saints SHOULD be able to beat Carolina, Seattle, Cincy, Dallas, St. Louis, and Tampa...that would put them at 10 wins.
