Offense:
The key to this team is to stay healthy. Shaub, and Green were both in and out with injuries last year. I think Shaub will have a big year this year, because Andre Johnson is one of the most underrated players in the NFL, and Green should have a much better year now that he has Slaton and Brown to back him up. Brown is a solid back and I could see him taking over the starting job, and Slaton is a great change of pace back. Slaton should also help on special teams as a returner.
Defense:
Last year this team was ranked 24th in total defense, but at least Mario Williams finally showed that he was worth a #1 draft pick. There are not a lot of big names on this defense, but they should be better this year with Williams and Okoye getting another year under their belt. There biggest problem is that they will be without Dunta Robinson for half the year, because of an ACL injury.
Overall:
I like this offense a lot, but I still have questions about their defense. Their schedule is really tough this year, so I don't expect them to make any improvement on their record. All this team really needs to is stay healthy and find a #2 WR, and some better MLBs.
Predicted Record: 7-9
Next up will be the Indianapolis Colts
