After Brett Favre was signed by the Jets, Pennington was quickly released, and most reports said he would not get another starting job. In today's NFL, it seems everyone gets another chance, and the story of Pennington is no different, as he was signed by the Dolphins. I am not a big Pennington fan, since he doesn't have a good arm, and always kind of bothered me, but he is a good leader, and I think this is a great signing for the Dolphins. Young QBs like Henne can learn a lot from a guy who really had very little athleticism, but was able to make himself serviceable. Also, this finally settles the messy QB situation in Miami. Still, I hate the Dolphins and the signing of Pennington won't get them more than 4 wins this year.
