24 New Orleans, 20 Tampa Bay

Drew Brees certainly had a knack for drama today as the New Orleans Saints were able to beat NFC South rival Tampa Bay 24 to 20. Brees threw for 343 yards and three touchdowns on 23 completions. The three touchdown passes went to David Patten, team leader Devery Henderson and Reggie Bush. New Orleans defense actually played a decent game as they held Tampa Bay 2 for 12 on third down conversions and a huge stop at the end of the game to secure the victory as Scott Fujita intercepted the pass with less than a minute left. The additions of Jonathan Vilma and Randall Gay were very apparent.

Duece McCallister did not play in this game and when he comes back healthy, they will be a very scary offense.
