1. Sign Mark Teixeira.
2. Move Youk to left field.
3. Move Bay or Drew to center.
4. Package Ellsbury/ Buccholz/ and some other prospect for Jake Peavy.(not a Peavy fan but he is a good pitcher)
5. Much Rejoicing
