Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs says he "misspoke" when he used the word "bounty" in a radio interview about the Ravens' defense targeting members of the Pittsburgh Steelers during their Week 4 game. ESPN
What he meant to say was, "We don't just have a bounty on Hines Ward, we have one including his family. Me, Ray, Ed Reed, Bart Scott and C Mac all threw in a million dollars into a pot and whoever rips off Hines Wards arm or can hear the slow crackling of a broken bone wins."
