A legally blind man was charged yesterday with stomping his drinking partner to death because the victim kept falling into him as they walked to a room at a small Burlington County hotel where they lived, authorities said.
Willie Lincoln, 47, became angry at Thomas Albertson's alcohol-induced behavior Sunday night at the Pine Motel, on Route 130 in Mansfield Township, punching Albertson and stomping on his head several times, according to the county prosecutor's office. Philly.com
I guess falling into someone who is blind is good enough to kill someone. But it is kind of ridiculous that his drinking buddy couldn't run away, or dodge the blind attacks. I guess you could call this a case of:
Blind rage!
