The Celtics Weekend

86 Orlando, 79 Celtics

Not worried about this game. We were without maybe our two best players, and Scal and Big Baby. Stephon Marbury didn't look up to starting just yet (probably why Doc didn't play him in the second half), as Rondo was injured. This game proves how important Rondo is to this team. A lot of the time Stephon Marbury didn't find people Rondo would have. It is also a very tough task to defend the likes of Dwight Howard with only Perk and Leon Powe. If anyone puts much stock into this game they are retarded, if anything the Magic should be embarrassed for only beating the Celtics by 7.

Now onto Friday's game.

105 Celtics, 94 Cavs

This game proved why I am not worried about the Cavs. The Celtics beat Cleveland and held LeBron to one of his worst scoring games in his career. This was a must win game for the Cavs and they could not step up. The Celtics had an absolute ridiculous game from their trashmen as Baby had 10 before being ejected on a hard foul on Sideshow Bob, and Hard Work Leon Powe had 20 and 11 as the Cavs interior defense had no answer for him. As for our captain, Paul Pierce put together a good little game for himself scoring 29 points and 9 assists. Does it bother anybody else that when they mention the leagues elite players they always leave Paul Pierce off the list. The man is the most clutch player in the NBA and I will flat out say it, he is the best player in the NBA.
