The New Orleans Saints had free agent CB Jabari Greer in for a visit on Wednesday and reached a four-year, $23 million deal, Scout.com has confirmed. The deal includes $10 million in guaranteed money.
Greer is a hell of a signing for the New Orleans Saints. Greer is a young, energetic corner that can be excellent in coverage. With Mike McKenzie hobbled by injuries, and the Saints defense all around sucking, it is nice to see them being active on the defensive end. Re-signing Vilma and now getting Greer is a great start to restructuring their defense. If they are able to sign Sharper, I will be more excited going into next season.
