Well at least the polls and Bowls are...
"The American Football Coaches Association announced Wednesday morning that would it go back to hiding its final ballots in the coaches poll beginning in 2010. This is so wrong on so many levels. We're going back to a secret vote that rewards the participants (and their peers) with millions of dollars in bonus and bowl money. Am I the only one outraged by this? Apparently not. I just bumped into one of last year's voters. "I thought it kept everybody honest," said Steve Spurrier when I asked him about the old system here at the SEC spring meetings. "Now there's a chance for real hanky panky (Sportsline)."
What a fucking joke. Now all these coaches and their stupid alliances will used to make the teams they want in Bowl Games. Eventually you'll find out that TV stations and bowls are paying coaches to vote for certain teams. In the end if college football doesn't get some kind of playoff system then all the top bowls are kind of a joke.
