Stanley Cup Roundup: Day 41

Sorry for not writing these over the weekend, but I was working the lacrosse games at Gillette Stadium. For the record, lacrosse sucks, Syracuse sucks, and I ejected 19 people.

PITTSBURGH PENGUINS 4, CAROLINA HURRICANES 1
***Pittsburgh wins series 4-0***
Carolina's objective in this game was to shut down Evgeni Malkin. And they did a good job of that. Unfortunately for Carolina, Ruslan Fedotenko, Bill Guerin, Maxime Talbot, and Sidney Crosby also play for Pittsburgh. The Hurricanes had no answer for Pittsburgh's depth and health. More and more, I'm starting to believe that a healthy Bruins squad demolishes this Carolina team, who was fortunate to get this far.

It's looking like a rematch of Pittsburgh and Detroit, this time with Marian Hossa in red.

Wednesday night's game:
7:30 PM - Blackhawks @ Red Wings (Red Wings lead series 3-1) - Vs.

-The Commodore
