John Smoltz Rehab Update
"Boston's John Smoltz is scheduled for his second rehab start Tuesday for Double-A Portland. Manager Terry Francona said Smoltz would probably throw three innings, perhaps 50 pitches (Sportsline)."
Smoltz felt good after throwing 2 innings of scoreless baseball last time out. He will keep building his arm strength and should be with the Sox at some point in June. It will be interesting to watch his development, because if it goes well it will make the Sox trading one of their pitchers all the more likely...
