he Cleveland Cavaliers and the Phoenix Suns have come to an agreement on a blockbuster trade that sends Shaquille O'Neal to Cleveland to team with LeBron James, according to sources.
The deal has been agreed to in principle and is expected to be finalized Thursday, according to sources.
Cleveland will send Ben Wallace and Sasha Pavlovic to Phoenix for the future Hall of Famer. Sources said the Suns will also receive the 46th pick in Thursday's NBA draft and $500,000.
Shaq had a hell of a year last year and if he can maintain that over this year, the Cavs are a sure fire bet to win the Championship. Having Shaq not only makes Orlando a non issue, but it will make teams like Boston, Atlanta, Miami, Chicago all the underdogs. The only way I can see this imploding is if their is a personality clash between LeBron and Shaq and I just don't see that happening. Shaq is the all time greatest Center that has ever lived and adding him just can'y hurt your team. Now LeBron has two All-Stars to go along with him (Mo Williams, and Shaq) and Cleveland will be very hard to beat now.
