If you may have noticed the poll this morning our very own BMack put up a question that had three options. Who is going to win the Superbowl? Patriots, Saints or don't care. Why would he even have a don't care option? Oh yea, that's right all Patriot fans can't be happy for a great match up and suffer from being bitter and band wagoners. I know it must be tough to grasp a team being so intertwined with a city, because being a Pats fan is a relatively new phenomenon. But even though the Katrina disaster will be played out this week, the people in New Orleans have been through some shit and have stayed loyal too their team all the way back to the Aints days.
How could you not be a fan of this game by just loving football as a sport? You have the best quarterback that's ever lived verse America's new team. You have guys like Pierre Garcon and Austin Collie becoming great wide receivers and you have all of the explosive weapons the Saints have. It's going to be a great Superbowl, and most likely live up to all the hype.
But I guess New Englanders would much rather watch Tom Chokey and Bill Belichoke on their couches.
Either way, this will be a hell of a game and I'm pumped for it.
