I love that quote by Rondo, because although the Celtics lost to the Lakers in the Championship, let's not forget the Celtics were the team to represent the East. The Celtics went through Wade, LeBron and Howard last year and I don't see that changing this year. With Wade, Lebron and Bosh on the same team it only simplifies our path to the championship. So far this off-season I haven't been overly impressed with the Celtics, but they have picked up Jermaine O'Neal and re-signed Nate Robinson so that's at least a start. Avery Bradley is also a real good pick up to groom. With a clever sign and trade and some good veteran minimum contract the Celtics will be more than on their way for banner 18. When it comes play off time I still like the money ball Celtics team over the flash of Miami or the rebuilt Bulls. Age is really irrelevant when it comes to playoff time.
