NFL Ticket Sales Go Down For 3rd Straight Year

Season ticket sales declined for the third year in a row as teams struggle to get fans to the stadium in a weak economy.

Depending on the final numbers, season ticket sales will be down between 1 percent and 2 percent, according to Eric Grubman, the league's executive vice president for business ventures. ESPN

Good, I hate the NFL. Don't get me wrong I love football, but the NFL has been really off putting recently. I can't stand the greed from the owners, the exploitation of players and most of all commercials every 3 seconds. It's realy worst then lost, sometimes I feel like we should DVR games.

I know this has nothing to do with any of the stuff I mentioned, and more because their prices are still so god damn high and this weak economy, but fuck them. The "NFL Experience" of going to a game in Foxboro is about 300 dollars when you add the ticket into the mix. I hate going to football games, they are my least favorite sporting event to attend. Sitting on the couch seems just fine by me.
