Naming "The NEW Play"

There is no question that the completion between a scrambling Eli Manning to a leaping David Tyree, catching the ball on his helmet is one of the most memorable and exciting plays in not only the Super Bowl but in NFL history. If your a Patriots fan or a Eli hater (DP), you probably disagree because your either still bitter from the loss, don't want to see this season remembered for anything other than the 18-0 domination, or your just one of those wrongly opinionated critics that refuse to give Eli the credit for his post-season accomplishments. Regardless, ever since that awe-inspiring reception, the world has been trying to give it a name. In the past there has been names such as the Music City Miracle, The Imaculate Reception, The "Play" (Cal v. Stanford), so on and so on. Which brings us to a cross road for this play; what do you name this one? The unique aspect of this play is that it is amazing that Eli even got out of the pocket let alone heaved the ball to a double covered David Tyree who gets hit, the ball get knocked and some how he pushes the ball against his helmet. How the ball didn't pop out nor hit the ground is baffling. So, when attempting to name the play, not only does it need to be descriptive of both elements to the play, it also needs to be snappy enough to catch on for the sake of NFL history to remember. I've heard a bunch of different labels thus far including: Shock and Awe, Catch 42, Flight of the Phoenix, The Gasp and the Grasp, The Imperfection Reception, The Heave, etc.. I had trouble sleeping last night after attending the frustrating URI vs. Umass Men's Basketball game @ Amherst, so I stared at my ceiling and thought of names for the play. The two best that I could think of are: The Unrepeatable Pass or The Phoenix Phenomenon. I'd like to hear some ORIGINAL ones that people are coming up with. I realize people are ripping off other names, they apparently aren't sticking, so someone please post new ones. Only ONE name will stick in NFL history and this is a unique situation for anyone; ANY football fan to be creative and make a name that could stick for all time. -SB (new dueling member)
