Ignorance Is Bliss

One day, not today, not this year, not possibly in the next 5 years, will the NY Knicks be back to being a threatening team. Not only is NY 16-37 in the EAST! But, Isiah still believes the moves he has made and STILL continues to attempt to make are correct. There is no doubt that this could be Isiah's last season in NY. If its not, and the NBA does not step in, many Knickerbocker fans just won't care anymore. We NY Knicks fans loveD our Knicks (Charlie Ward, Larry Johnson, Patrick Ewing, Lattrel Spreeeeeeeewel, Allen Houston, Herb Williams, Chris Childs...so on) but now what is this bullshit team? Am I really supposed to buy a Jerome James jersey? Better off, I hear Jalen Rose jerseys just went on sale. I will say that I am a huge David Lee fan, not only because he was a Florida Gator, and not only because he is the only white guy on the team, but because honestly, he's the only one on that team that any other team would consider trading for. He really is the only player that actually does something consistently on that 16-37 team. You could say he's not a scorer but he's averaging 10 pts/game and shooting over 50%. He's always good for 8-10+ rebounds and this is all...wait for it...one more second...STILL COMING OFF THE BENCH. Isiah won't start him. Why not?? Lee is the only player on the Knicks this season that has played ALL 53 games yet has only started 8. When he does come off the bench, he only averages 27 minutes/game. I can't talk about this anymore, I truthfully and sincerely believe that a common NBA fan would be a better GM and coach than Isiah. Like the of this article says, ignorance is bliss...check out this recent quote from Isiah's dirty dumb lips:

[ Isiah Thomas provided a jaw-dropping quote Tuesday when he was asked if his goal is to make trades that would help the Knicks to get under the salary cap.
"That's not our goal," Thomas said. "Our goal is to continue to get better, but be mindful of where we are. We've done a good job the last couple years of bringing the number down.

"So we're in a good position. We've got young talent. We've got a cap that's going down or a number that's going down, but you want to turn that into some wins also." -- New York Daily News ]
