KG Back Tuesday??

ESPN is reporting that Garnett is "hoping to finally punch in to the Boston Celtics' lineup after missing their last nine games due to an abdominal strain. Based on the optimism he's felt from recent workouts, Kevin Garnett told The Boston Globe he has targeted Tuesday's game at Denver as his return".
This is great news for Celtic fans, as they have had to play without Garnett for 9 games. Even thought that have gone 7-2 in those games, it would be nice to see their star player back on the court.
"Celtics coach Doc Rivers has said in recent weeks that Garnett will not return until he is 100 percent. But if Celtics trainer Ed Lacerte determines Garnett can play, Rivers said he would be OK with the forward playing against the Nuggets (ESPN)".
And lets give it up for Doc Rivers who has made Garnett sit back and get healthy, so that they Celts will have them for the stretch run. Doc was getting shit on all of last year, and I think it's about time that we gave him the credit he deserves.
