Fidel Castro apparently has stepped down as Dictator of Cuba ending his 49 year old reign of terror. Raul Castro, Fidel's brother, will now take over now. So I asked the only Cuban I know AKA my Grandmother and she said, "It'll probably be the same with Raul."DP
