Mike speaks the truth, each man in green that saw some minutes tonight in LA got at least 1 bucket; tallying up to the final score of 104-76. There’s nothing like a feel good game like this gotta love Clippers night; and they needed it now more than ever. With this dominant victory the C’s finish up their shaky west coast journey on a positive note. The leading scorer for Boston was Jamey Posey with 17 pts including 4-6 from beyond the arc.
Besides Posey, Pierce continues makin it rain dropping 17 tonight his damn self. Tommy gave Peirce his TA tonight because of his leadership when they needed it the most. Garnett also looked strong and he continues to make the Boston faithful feel at ease about his comeback. One game at a time Big Ticket.
Even though they lost the first 3 games of the trip (Den, GS, and PHX), they take this bit of momentum back to the Garden with them as they prepare for the Lebron, Ben and the Cavs on Wednesday. Fuck those three losses, from now on they have to realize that they’re playoff bound…that’s a done deal, its time to beat the teams they will see when they get there. It begins on Wed with fellow Eastern Conference contenders in the Cavs.
