Dueling Couches Week 5 Power Rankings

.(1) Tennessee Titans (5-0): Beat the best defense in the league, and prove they can grind it out with the best of them.

.(3) NY Giants (4-0): 44 points without Plaxico. Very impressive.

.(2) Dallas Cowboys (4-1): A win is a win is a win, but damn that was ugly.

.(4) Pittsburgh Steelers (4-1): Even with all their injuries they still had enough to beat the Jaguars.

.(5) Washington Redskins (4-1): Beat Philly, and proved they will be changing the Cowboys, and Giants for NFC East title.

.(7) Denver Broncos (3-1): Beat a tough defense (Tampa), but I want to see them get the offense rolling again.

.(12) New England Patriots (3-1): The Patriots defense shut down a good passing attack (49ers), but the offense is very inconsistent. It all starts with the offensive line.

.(10) Carolina Panthers (4-1): A team that is flying under the radar, but are winning the game they are supposed to.

.(16) Chicago Bears (3-2): Orton continues to prove me wrong, but I still have no faith in him.

.(8) Buffalo Bills (4-1): Bad loss to Arizona, but I think it had to do more with the loss of Edwards, then it did with being a bad team. Still, that defense got lit up.

.(11) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-2): Tough loss to Denver, and that offense should not struggle that much against an average at best defense.

.(18) Indianapolis Colts (2-2): Late game rally, but this offense is a mess. I still think we just witnessed their turning point.

.(6) Philadelphia Eagles (2-3): Westbrook needs to get healthy, and the Eagles really need to find their red zone offense.

.(9) Baltimore Ravens (2-2): Almost beat Tennessee, but how many times have we said almost with this team. They need to learn how to put away games.

.(13) San Diego Chargers(2-3): Bad loss to Miami, but they had the same record last year, and were able to put it together. I expect the same again.

.(23) Arizona Cardinals (3-2): Ripped apart a very good defense in Buffalo. Even more impressive since they were playing without Boldin.

.(24) Atlanta Falcons (3-2): Ryan get a win in a very tough environment. He is going to be one hell of a QB.

.(19) Jacksonville Jaguars (2-3): I really thought this team was going to be a lot better. They really need to find a way to get that running game going.

.(17) Green Bay Packers (2-3): Bad loss at home to Atlanta. Rodgers is playing well, but their defense needs to play a lot better.

.(14) NY Jets (2-2): Bye week. Favre gets another week to learn the offense. They fall 6 spots, because we don't like Favre.

.(15) New Orleans Saints (2-3): Wasted a great performance by Bush. How many games can they blow like this, and still make the playoffs?

.(21) Minnesota Vikings (1-3): Nice win, but it was more about the Saints blowing it, then anything they did.

.(26) Miami Dolphins (2-2): 2nd shocker in a row. They can't be for real right? In short...no.

.(22) Seattle Seahawks (1-3): Really thought that since they got some of their WRs back that this offense would get it going, instead they only put up 6 points. UGLY.

.(20) San Fransisco 49ers (2-3): Passing attack fell of its face against the Patriots, but they are in a terrible division, and still have a chance to make some noise.

.(27) Oakland Raiders (1-3): Bye week. Lets see if they play as hard without Kiffin.

.(25) Cleveland Browns (1-3): Bye week. Can the offense turn the corner?

.(28) Houston Texans (0-4): Blew a win, and now their season is officially over.

.(31) Cincinnati Bengals (0-5): Another tough loss, but at least they are playing hard.

.(29) Detroit Lions (0-4): Why is Drew Stanton inactive, what a waste of a 2nd round pick.

.(30) Kansas City Chiefs (1-4): You have one of the best running backs in the league, and you run him 7 times for 2 yards...awful.

.(32) St. Louis Rams (0-4): Bye week, and still by far the worst team.
