Dueling Couches Week 6 Power Rankings

1) Tennessee Titans (1) (5-0)- Had a bye week but everybody else lost so they have to stay as the number 1 team.

2) Pittsburgh Steelers (4) (4-1)- Also benefited from not playing. We had them ranked 4 last week and the two teams above them lost so this is how it goes. Willie Parker is back and the hurt offensive line got much needed rest.

3) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (11) (4-2)- Defense destroyed the Carolina Panthers and Jeff Garcia won the game a lot.

4) Indianapolis Colts (12) (3-2)- Destroyed a great Ravens defense and the watching the offense click on all cylinders is scary.

5) Philadelphia Eagles (13) (3-3)-Dropped 40 on the 49ers without Westbrook. That has to count for something.

6) Washington Redskins (5) (4-2)- I thought I had them pegged but they slapped me right in the face when they decided to lose to the Rams.

7) New York Giants (2) (4-1)- Eli Manning showed his true colors as he couldn't beat a terrible Browns team.

8) Buffalo Bills (10) (4-1)- Had a bye week and are still 4-1. Also Trent Edwards will be back.

9) Dallas Cowboys (3) (4-2)- Lost to the Arizona Cardinals and lost QB Tony Romo for a month. I definitely don't trust Brad Johnson.

10) San Diego Chargers (15) (3-3) Destroyed the New England Patriots, Vincent Jackson had an outstanding game at all.

11) Arizona Cardinals (17) (4-2) Surprised a Dallas Cowboys team and actually made them a real team.

12) New Orleans Saints (21) (3-3) Their offense is unstoppable and when they get back Colston and Shockey it will be a scarier team for defenses.

13) Atlanta Falcons (17) (4-2) Matt Ryan is the real deal as he surprised the Bears yesterday and the whole league.

14) Green Bay Packers (19) (3-3) Aaron Rodgers is also the real deal. If the defense could just get some consistency they will be fine.

15) Denver Broncos (6) (3-2) I can't figure out whether this is a good team or a bad team. They have the offense but the rushing defense is terrible.

16) Jacksonville Jaguars (18) (3-3) Beat a good Denver Broncos team and MJD played like we all know he can.

17) Carolina Panthers (8) (4-2) Stumbled against the Tampa Bay Bucs but Delhomme and the defense needs to play better if they want to be a real contender.

18) New England Patriots (7) (3-2) Cassell is proving me wrong and just kinda sucks. But the defense especially the secondary (Deltha O' Neal) needs to play better.

19) Chicago Bears (9) (3-3) Should have won the game, but Lovie Smith cost them the game with that cute squib kick.

20)New York Jets (20)(3-2) Barely beat Cincy without Carson Palmer coming off of a bye. Big whoop.

21) Baltimore Ravens (14)(2-3) When the Ravens defense can't do it, can Flacco? I like the guy but you need to question the move.

22) Minnesota Vikings (22) (2-3) Barely beat the Lions. They are only ranked this high because of that defensive line.

23) Cleveland Browns (27) (2-3) Beat the defending champs pretty easily. Derek Andersona and Braylon Edwards proved they can play.

24) Houston Texans (28) (1-4) Matt Schaub played when he needed to in the best game of the week.

25) Miami Dolphins (23) (2-3) Wildcat offense was slowed down by the Houston Texans. Can't beat bad teams.

26) St. Louis Rams (32) (1-4) Beat the Washington Redskins. That is why Jim Haslett is a good coach.

27) Seattle Seahawks (24) (1-4) Can't be this bad. But with Hasselbeck down it may only get worse.

28) San Fransisco (25) (2-4) They are also so bad. Only ranked this high because of Frank Gore.

29) Kansas City Chiefs (31) (1-4) Bye week, at least getting Brodie Croyle back.

30) Cincinnati Bengals (29) (0-6) Ryan Fitzpatrick is not the answer, and neither is anything for this team.

31) Oakland Raiders (26) (1-4) Terrible team, terrible QB. Jamarcus Russell is starting to look like a bust.

32) Detroit Lions (30) (0-5) Worse team, Kitna is on the IR, it is a shame talents like Roy Williams and Calvin Johnson are getting wasted there.
