My prediction came true as the Phillies knocked the Brewers out of the playoffs with a 6-2 win. Jeff Suppan was not the answer the Brewers needed (is he ever?), as he couldn't make it past the 3rd innings allowing 5 runs. The Phillies got all their runs by way of the long ball. Jimmy Rollins, and Pat Burrell were just awesome today, and the Brewers just couldn't get the offense going. The Phillies may not have a great pitching staff, but they have some great hitters, and solid enough pitching to give the Dodgers a run for their money. That really should be a great series, and I know everyone from Boston will be watching that series, wondering could the dream series actually happen?
