the Bostons Celtics look to become one of the greatest teams to ever start a season tonight. With a win not only to they set franchise record for most consecutive wins, but they will also set the NBA record for best 29 game start to a season. I dont see how they wont get it.
Fuck a jinx, fuck poor luck, the Celtics are going to win. In their last meeting Boston took out Philly 102-78 and that was when they had Brand still playing. I will say that i think the 76ers will ultimately do better without Brand in the lineup, and they have won of their last 5 without him, i still dont think they have a prayer tonight.
The Celtics are running on all cylinders right now, and at the heart of the big green machine is the young man from Kentucky, Rajon Rondo. Coming off a career game against NY Rajon has once again proven how far he has come in just a season. His decision making is so much better and thats saying alot since he wasnt making people frown last year. However this year hes taking it to the hole and finishing, and his numbers reflect that.
Philly will run, and Philly will gun, but they will fall well short of making this an interesting game.
