Red River Rivalry Just Got More Interesting


The fight was over Jamarkus McFarland, a 6-foot-3, 290-pound defensive tackle from Lufkin High School who is considered the state’s best defensive prospect this year and one of the nation’s most promising players. He is also a top student and the president of his class. NY Times

It looks like Oklahoma bested Texas again by getting another stud recruit. Jemarkus McFarland is a beast of a human being and will sure up that sometimes questioned Oklahoma defensive line. As for Texas, it hurts to lose out on this once in a decade talent, but it hurts even more after he goes to your rival.
