The Redskins have just released Jason Taylor. It is believed that he was because both sides failed on an attempt to restructure his contract. With Haynesworth signing such a big contract the Redskins needed to free up some cap space. You would think this would mean that the Redskins will after a DE in the draft. Taylor is coming off a year when he only had 3.5 sacks, and just couldn't seem to stay healthy. he is getting older and this is probably a smart move by them.
