They are changing teams draft positions, potential turnover blocking rules, how about they change the biggest problem in the NFL. The ridiculous salaries the rookies are making. They should do what the NBA does and put a salary cap on the drafted rookies. There is no reason that Matthew Stafford should make double the amount of what Orlando Pace makes. Veterans have earned their contracts, rookies have done shit. If they did this not only would it free up money for teams, it wouldn't make teams who have the first 5 picks, dread signing their future. I'm sure their are lots of numbers I could use to support my article, but I simply don't feel like finding all that information now.
