To be honest this guy is really lucky he didn't a much longer sentence. I am all for the legalization of pot, but this dude was caught with a total of 29 pounds of weed (no that is not a typo). 29 POUNDS!!!! That is fucking insane. The best part of this story is that Blount tried to tell the judge that this was for personal use for him and his friends....yea ok, I mean I know some pot heads, but no one needs 29 pounds! So, what did the judge have to say to that?
"Cheech and Chong would have had a hard time smoking that much," Hedric told Blount.
