Krejci Surgery Successful

"David Krejci, who earlier this week signed a three-year deal with the Bruins worth $3.75 million per season, today underwent surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York to remove what GM Peter Chiarelli referred to as an impingement in one of his hips (Boston.com)."

Krejci might miss the first couple of weeks of the season, but in the end that matters very little since the NHL season is so long. Krecji seems to get better every year, and now the Bruins will be reaping the benefits for the next 3 season. I don't think this surgery will affect him much since it is a lot less invasive then it used to be.
