Ricky Nolasco shut down the Red Sox allowing only 1 hit in a rained shortened game. I really think the Sox would have got to him, but give the kid credit the only he let up was Youk's bomb. Lester didn't pitch bad, but he let up two HRs in the 2nd inning to Dan Uggla and Ronny Paulino. He didn't have his best stuff, but he was able to battle through some innings.
I hate when games get shortaned, because it leaves to many "what if's", but what can ya do? The good news is the Yankees lost again to the Nationals (HAHAHAHHHAHA), so the Sox are still 3 games up in the AL East.
