On Wednesday night, he was kicked by Josh Anderson as the Tiger ran to first base in the eighth. Youkilis was not in the clubhouse after the game to comment (Boston.com)."
After reading some of Francona's comments the injury doesn't sound too serious. The Red Sox were just worried about how he looked while running the bases. My guess is that he will be out for tonight's game, but he should be able to play at some point this weekend. As we find out more we'll let you know...
