"The Seattle Seahawks fired Jim Mora after just one season, leaving the former NFC West champs without a coach, general manager and president less than four years after they appeared in the Super Bowl. This seems dumb to me. Why not hire a GM first, and then let him decide oh what to do with the coach. I also hate when teams fire a guy after 1 year, because the guy really hasn't had the chance to bring in "his guys", or get the team comfortable with his style.
