The NCAA is accusing Michigan of five potentially major rules violations under coach Rich Rodriguez, who admitted making "mistakes" but will be back for a third try at at Michigan. This makes his seat a little bit hotter. I've defended Rich Rod this far, but this is a make or break year for the coach. I think he made steps last year, but anything short of a 9 win season is a failure, and he should be fired. I don't know what these violations will do to him or the school, but it certainly wont make things easier for him.
