Cowboys Name Jason Garrett Head Coach

"The expected has happened. Jason Garrett has been named the Dallas Cowboys' head coach, a source said Thursday. The team has scheduled a press conference for 1:30 p.m. CT to make an official announcement (ESPN)."

This made too much sense not to happen. The Cowboys obviously played hard for him, and with everyone back and healthy next year the Cowboys should at least compete for a playoff spot. The main reason this makes sense though is because there could be a lockout next season, and there is really no reason to bring in someone else unless you absolutely have to, until there is a new CBA. I hate the Cowboys, but I don't mind Garrett, and he was brought in to take over a couple years past, so he deserves his shot.
