"Running back Reggie Bush will miss the final two games of the New Orleans Saints' season. Bush injured his left knee during the Saints' loss at Chicago last Thursday. The knee was examined over the weekend and coach Sean Payton said at practice on Wednesday the team decided to put Bush on injured reserve (Sportsline)."
Good move by the Saints, but bad news Bears for DP. It is a good move, since the Saints are already eliminated from the playoffs, so there is no reason to risk Bush's health. It's bad news for DP who is in the championship in our fantasy league. He better win, because he is going against one of the worst people in the world.
Anyways, the Saints had too many injuries, and played too inconsistently to do any real damage. Still, if they can sure up that defense, and just stay healthy they could be a dangerous team next year. I still think it's funny how big of a deal people made of the Texans taking Mario Williams over Bush. Looking back on it, they definitely made the right choice.
