Well I hope all you people who said the movie, I'm sorry I meant the 1997 classic, Face/Off was ridiculous and could never happen feels pretty silly right now.
80% of an unnamed woman's face was replaced with a donor's. The only thing the woman kept was her forehead, upper eyelids, chin and lower lip. The surgery last for 22 hours and was the first one to be performed in the US, 4th in the world. I just hope the donor wasn't her sworn enemy that she plans to have a 2 hour long gun fight with while making witty comments.
