Patriots To Play In London
"The NFL announced today that the Patriots will play the Buccaneers next season in London. The game, which will be the Patriots' first regular-season game outside of the U.S., will be held Oct. 25, 2009. The game, which technically is hosted by the Buccaneers, will be at Wembley Stadium (Boston Globe)."
Every team has to do this at some point, but that doesn't make me like it anymore. This shit drives me crazy, it is so unfair to have two teams fly half way across the world to play a football game. It is even worse for the Bucs, since they will lose a home game for this crap, which could be the difference of them making the playoffs. Europe doesn't care about football, they like soccer, that's why NFL Europe didn't make it. Keep the NFL in the USA!!!!
