Celtics @ Bulls Preview

The Celtics are 6-5 without KG on the floor, and are currently 3.5 games behind Celevland for the top spot in the Eastern Conference. Shockingly it is not the defense that has been costing them games. The Celtics have lost three of four and set their season low for points in an 86-77 defeat to Milwaukee on Sunday. They've been held to less than 80 points in two of their last four games. So the defense is there, but they really need some guys to come alive on the offensive side of things. Overall the whole team needs to do a better job at not giving up the ball. Boston is turning it over 27% of their possessions. I know that is close to where they were last year, but it doesn't make it acceptable. Rondo needs to lead this team, but it is not all his fault. Pierce has been turning the ball over like crazy lately.

With all that being said I am still picking the Celtics to win tonight. The Bulls have lost 6 straight against the Celtics, and I think Pierce is going to have a huge night tonight. The key matchup with be Allen vs Ben Gordon. When Gordon is on the Bulls are a dangerous team, and the Celtics need Allen to come alive offensively. He will and Boston will win...

Celtics 97 Bulls 85

Tommy Award - Paul Pierce

side note - Eddie House will be playing tonight.
